For beauty from within, drink 2 litres of water every day and always eat your five a day: five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. The only sugar you need is natural sugar found in your daily intake of fruit and vegetables. You do not need to consume cake and biscuits, it will only make you lethargic. I would also suggest limiting your consumption of bread. Make these changes to your diet and just feel the difference in your energy levels, see the glow to your skin.
Start the day with two glasses of water. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, do not skip it.
I would also say that it is difficult but so worth it to give up tea and coffee, it will make you think clearly and clear brain fog. You will feel sick as you detox from tea and coffee but will feel so bright afterwards.
Finally, don't forget to go outside, to walk.
