Travelling to Beautiful Turkey

Updated: Jul 17

With a favourable exchange rate of Turkish Lira (TRY), it is the ideal time to come to Turkey

I have been in Turkey for more than a month now. First in Izmir, then Antalya, and now Didyma, Didim. I wanted to share some of its beauty with you. Mulberry and lemons from Antalya, oranges from Didyma and I hope to be able to show you the figs expected in August.

Like most of Turkey, these places have a rich history. Izmir, one of Turkey's biggest cities, is full of archeological sites from its time as a settlement. Once a major Roman port, Antalya is now one of the biggest Turkish resort cities on the Mediterranean. Didyma is an Ancient Greek temple in the seaside town of Didim on the west coast.

With a favourable exchange rate of Turkish Lira (TRY) against GBP, it is the ideal time to come to Turkey. Furthermore, considering the cost of living crisis in the UK and increased opportunities in remote working, you may wish to stay longer and buy or rent property, perhaps. If so, there are many places that can help with your dream.
